Jason Thomas is the Founder of the Inclusive Gaming Alliance. A professional Instructional Designer based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, Jason combines his expertise in building engaging learning experiences with a lifelong passion for gaming and technology.

Whether diving into action RPGs like the Diablo series and Dark Souls, or gathering around the table for an adventure in Dungeons & Dragons, he understands the profound impact of a shared, judgment-free space. Jason established this organization to ensure everyone has a welcoming community to recharge, connect, and thrive through play.

Jaysen Gardner-Kinard, our Outreach Coordinator, is an enthusiastic advocate for helping others and all things gaming. IGA offered him the perfect platform to combine his passions.

In his free time, he's an avid nerd. You can find him at arcades, computer parts stores, or conventions, where he's always ready to geek out!

First generation college grad, proud holder of two degrees, and lifelong student, Jayson is currently leveling up his skills with a graduate certificate at UNC Charlotte and working toward a Master of Social Work. By day, he is a full time exceptional children adapted curriculum teacher, turning inclusive instructional design, IEP magic, and behavioral strategies into real wins for his students.

By afternoon, you'll find him trading the whiteboard for the hardwood as a middle school basketball coach, mentoring the next generation of players. At his core, Jayson is all about building strong connections, bringing plenty of empathy to the table, and helping people, whether in the classroom, on the court, or on the field, reach their absolute best.
